Return Policy

Internetshoppy accepts return as per the following policy

REFUNDS
Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
  • Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
  • Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
  • Internetshoppy retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Internetshoppy will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
  • In case product is defective or damaged then the Internetshoppy team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
  • In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
  • Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
  • If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
  • We assume that the products purchased by buyer are for legitimate use. We are not responsible for any misuse of product.
  • The buyer is responsible for returning the product safely to us with the best possible courier company. The buyer will have to bear the expense of courier/transportation for returning the product to seller.
  • We will only accept a return, if the factory seal of an item is not opened. If the product is not factory sealed, then also it must be returned intact, unused and in same condition as received. If the seals are broken or item has been used, seller may deny the return without rendering a reason. Subsequent courier costs shall be borne by the buyer.
  • Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged/torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • All warranty services whenever mentioned in our listings can be availed by either taking the product to nearest manufacturers service center or by sending the product back to us at the cost of buyer. The warranty whenever applicable is in accordance with manufacturer or sellers terms and is binding to all.
  • Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.
  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Internetshoppy may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases Internetshoppy will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).
  • FOR ONLINE REFUNDS
    In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
  • Refund will be done within 2 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.
  • FOR OFFLINE REFUNDS
    In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
  • Refund will be done within 2 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    The amount will not be transferred to the respected retailer until the user receives the product he orders and changes his status to ‘Delivered’ on internetshoppy.in. If the delivery fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the user.
  • If the user places the order and due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) the retailer is not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
  • If the seller reports order as shipped and delivered from their side and the user does not raise an alert within 2 days the money would be transferred to the seller.
  • RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
    RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
    On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation. Please allow 10 to 14 days for Internetshoppy to process your return.

    Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below


    The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.


    Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions possible

    In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

    If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

    In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.


    Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

    In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

    During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:


    Category Conditions
    Correct Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
    Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals
    Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
    Undamaged Packaging The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

    The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.


    Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return


    any product-related issues will be checked by authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product.

    For products where installation is provided by Internetshoppy's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Internetshoppy authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

    During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

    In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
